Alltech Welcomes the American Spiritual Ensemble

In 2013, Alltech embraced Ireland's Gathering initiative as a way to highlight the different aspects of our business. This week we were delighted to continue the Gathering legacy by hosting our old friends and Ambassadors again for a dinner and concert in the Royal Dublin Society.

 Our guests were entertained by the American Spiritual Ensemble, whose mission is to keep alive the American Negro spiritual songs.

This energetic group of classical singers delighted the assembled audience consisting of ambassadors and influential leaders in agri-business here in Ireland. Many of our guests praised the performance with comments such as:

Founded by Dr. Everett McCorvey in 1995, the American Spiritual Ensemble boasts a line up of impressive talent including members who have performed in such venues as the Metropolitan Opera, New York City Opera, Houston Grand Opera, San Francisco Opera, Boston Opera and the Atlanta Civic Opera. Some have also performed across Europe, including Wexford, Ireland, as part of Ireland's celebration of the 50th Anniversary of President John F. Kennedy's visit to the country.
