Alltech was a key exhibitor at ILDEX Indonesia 2013. The Alltech booth provided a chance to connect with customers and showcase Alltech’s Pathway to Profits. Alltech shared the latest developments in nutritional technology, focusing on On-farm Solutions and showcased the Alltech’s recent investments in aqua, algae, nutrigenomics and their renewed focus on Mycotoxin and Mineral Management.

Launching Mineral Management
The new mineral management program aims to help customers feed less organic trace minerals to their livestock and get optimal performance results. A unique approach to mineral supplementation with Alltech’s Total Replacement Technology (TRT).
“Minerals are Alltech’s number-one selling product division and now we have dedicated an entire team to the value-added program,” said Steve Elliott, Alltech global director of the mineral management division. “We want to set the tone for the industry and revolutionize the way organic trace minerals are supplemented into an animal’s diet.”
Alltech Young Scientist Session
A highlight of the week was the Alltech Young Scientist Awards Ceremony. Recognising two Indonesia students who won local and regional awards in this competition. Alltech created the Young Scientist Award to promote research and discover talent among university students from around the world. Students are encouraged to join the company in the search for natural solutions in animal production, while also gaining valuable experience with a global leader in the industry.
Khoerotun Nisa from Agricultural University (IPB) wins 2nd place for the Asia-Pacific Undergraduate Competition and 1st Place for Indonesia Undergraduate Competition. Moh. Fikri Pomalingo from Hasanuddin University wins 2nd place Indonesia Undergraduate Competition.
